Some call it pampering, but Dr. Howard likes to pay close attention to the small details. He likes to explain what he is doing and why he's selected a certain treatment method. That way, his patients are always at ease knowing they're in caring hands.

Dr. Howard graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 1986 and completed a one year General Practice Residency at the V.A. Medical Center in West Los Angeles in 1987. Dr. Howard's advanced training in Cosmetic, Functional, and Restorative dentistry gives his patients an added advantage in knowing their dental care will be of the highest standard possible and customized for their personal needs. Ever mindful of individual concerns, he always uses total comfort treatment techniques. His patients benefit from his peak performance and experience special results at every level of treatment.

When Dr. Howard began private practice, he knew that inferior dental care breaks down and leads to potential problems and added patient expense. Dr. Howard believes that quality speaks for itself, so since his dental school days and continuing through the present, he has always provided the highest quality of dentistry to all his patients. His meticulous nature, his standards of excellence, and perfection in everything he does are clearly visible in the results he continually achieves. As Dr. Howard always says, "I wouldn't put anything in or do something in someone else's mouth I wouldn't want to have done in my own mouth first!" That speaks for itself.

He is an avid movie buff, enjoys most sports, and has received Black Belt Certification in the martial arts form of Shaol'in Kenpo Karate. When Dr. Howard is not busy doing one of the aforementioned, he regularly lectures to dentists and dental organizations on topics within the field of Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry.
